Winter Greens Delivery is a cannabis delivery service operating out of Truckee since 2019. We serve Truckee and North Lake Tahoe and are open 7 days a week. We rarely have job openings, so this is a great opportunity if you’re interested in getting into the cannabis industry!

We are seeking to hire one person for the role of Dispatcher for 20-30 hours a week to start. Additional hours are a possibility for the right candidate. This is a year-round position so please do not apply if you are only seeking a seasonal position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Dispatchers handle every part of the delivery process that isn’t making the delivery itself. This job requires answering phones, answering questions about products, creating orders in our POS system, processing online orders, creating routes for the drivers that ensure timely deliveries for all customers, packing orders, verifying IDs, stocking shelves and light cleaning.

REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be at least 21 years of age
-Must be available to work Saturdays AND Sundays
-Evening availability required
-Clean background (no criminal record of any kind)
-Must live in Truckee or surrounding area (this is not a remote position)
-We are closed Christmas Day and Thanksgiving Day, but availability surrounding holidays is required
-Must be comfortable getting to work in the snow. We do not close due to weather often!
-At least 5 years of strong customer service experience
-Ability to multitask, problem solve, and work independently as well as be part of a team
-Very strong communication skills
-Basic math
-Basic cannabis knowledge (we will train, but a foundation is strongly preferred)
