Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Parts Specialist to join our team. As a Parts Specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating supply chain activities, and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires strong mechanical knowledge, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
- Process purchase orders and track shipments
- Utilize order management systems to track and fulfill customer orders
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers regarding parts inquiries
- Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of parts
- Conduct regular audits to identify discrepancies or obsolete inventory
- Assist in sourcing new suppliers and negotiating pricing agreements
- Maintain records of all transactions and update databases accordingly

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices
- Experience in supply chain management and procurement processes
- Proficient in using order management systems and other relevant software
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships

- Ability to run a forklift or be willing to learn
- Knowledge of warehouse management practices is a plus
