ACCOUNTABILITIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manages IT staff including recruitment, performance management and evaluations, and professional development.
2. Develops overall technology architecture, roadmap, plans, formulates, sets, and implements policies for current and future information/communication/ telecommunications systems and activities.
3. Trains staff on IT systems, architectures, policies, and processes.
4. Analyzes IT infrastructure and systems performance to assess operating costs, productivity levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needs.
5. Develops and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
6. Establishes efficient and effective standards through metrics and providing recommendations for improvement of IT infrastructure.
7. Oversees security of infrastructure, systems, networks, applications and enterprise data.
8. Facilitates IT security audits or investigations.
9. Develops and maintains relationships with external IT vendors and service providers.
10. Coordinates multisite IT systems via enterprise resource planning (ERP).
11. Keeps abreast of new knowledge, research, products, and services in technology that will benefit the organization.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
2. Adept in the latest technology for IT systems, management, and software development.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Excellent analytical and management skills.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills.
7. Through understanding of IT and practical applications to support the company s goals.
8. Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related area required; master s degree or MBA preferred.
9. At least ten years of experience managing an IT services and development teams.
