The Legal Case Administrator is a pivotal role within our clients’ organization, ensuring the efficient and successful administration of arbitration and mediation cases. You will play a key role in client satisfaction by providing exceptional case management and fostering strong relationships with legal professionals. We value candidates with exposure & experience working within the legal industry, insurance or litigation claims background. We are looking for someone with customer service & has some account development & sales abilities to help expand & deepen our client relationships.
