Marketing Director

Summary of Responsibilities

The marketing director’s role is responsible for all marketing and advertising activities. This includes print and digital advertising, as well executing training and promotional events.

The position will be new for our growing company and requires a self motivated person with the ability and confidence to make decisions.

Position Responsibilities

• Maintain/Improve current print marketing campaigns at or above the current level of quality. (Examples available upon request.) Be able to coordinate and direct the distribution of material working in conjunction with the print/mailing company.
• Keep the organization up to date with training compliance, submit and get approvals of new courses that will be taught by others. Facilitate those classes and maintain the online reporting of training completions.
• Plan, organize and execute company events such as customer appreciation parties, product launch events, and customer relationship building events.
• Responsible for all Email marketing to promote classes, events, products, etc.
• Create, design, and implement Promotional and Incentive programs
• Monitor and insure the effectiveness of other programs in place such as text marketing and communications, and the phone application.
• Tackle other projects as they arise and at the direction of management with a positive enthusiasm

Other expectations

We are a company that knows we work to live; not live to work. However, we expect you to put in the agreed amount of time of work per week.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft products
• Comfort with email and text marketing campaigns (already in place)
• Comfort with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar products that you use. We will provide whatever software that you may have experience with.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
