Winstead PC is seeking a 3-5 year attorney for a position with our Corporate, Securities, and M&A practice group in The Woodlands. We are seeking candidates who have experience in a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private securities offerings and general corporate counseling and representation. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• AmLaw 200 Experience: Candidates should have familiarity with the pace and expectations of sophisticated law firm work.
• Strong academics: All candidates will be asked to provide transcripts indicating good grades from a respected law school.
• Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting.
