**Overview:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical accounting and payroll processing systems.

**Duties:**

- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely

- Process Certified Payroll Reports and Review Subcontractors CPR to ensure accuracy and compliance

- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local payroll regulations

- Handle all aspects of payroll administration including benefits, taxes, and deductions

- Reconcile payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information

- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure accurate employee data

- Generate payroll reports for management review

- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable as needed

**Skills:**

The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:

- Proficiency in payroll software such as Quickbooks

- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles

- Experience with double entry bookkeeping

- Familiarity with tax regulations related to payroll processing

- Ability to handle benefits administration tasks effectively

- Knowledge of human resources processes related to payroll

**Nice-to-have Skills:**

In addition to the required skills, the following skills would be beneficial:

- Previous experience with Procore software

- Familiarity with benefits administration processes
