SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledge of automated time management and outsourced payroll system, experience

with UltiPro/Ultimate Software/Kronos/UKG a plus

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Knowledge of payroll report-writer.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented.
• Ability to work with members of other departments in WFI.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ongoing direct employee contact as it pertains to pay deductions for child support, liens,

taxes, safety glasses and shoes, charity, uniforms, etc.

• Bi-weekly processing of payroll data in UltiPro payroll system for hourly and salaried

employees including timecard verification, updating current employee selections for
direct deposit, i-pay cards, taxes, charitable donations, uniform and safety shoes and
glasses. Process manual payroll checks and other adjustments as needed.

• Bi-weekly preparation of payroll journal entries for hourly and salaried employees.
• Bi-weekly generation and upload of 401k contribution and loan report.
• Reconciles and prepares accounts payable vouchers for payment of all payroll related

expenses (dental, charity, uniforms and insurance).

• Assist with the onboarding of new employees by reviewing payroll processes and

procedures.

• Assists in the monthly reconciliation of the General Ledger payroll accounts.
• Assists in audits throughout the year (401K, worker’s compensation, Bureau of Labor

Statistics, etc.)

• Assist in year-end processes by providing payroll calendar for the subsequent year,

reviewing year-end validations, processing gift card gross-ups, third-party sick pay, and
processing W2s by the set deadline.

• Other duties and projects as needed.
