POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reconcile production, maintain blender sheets, material issues, production receipts, labor reporting, perform approved adjustments and close production orders.

Adjust inventory in system to ensure accuracy.

Reconcile inventory cycle counts.

Receive materials physically (UPS, Fed EX) and in the system (UPS, Fed EX and some raw material receipts).

Responsible for reporting food packaging safety problems to plant management.

Other duties as assigned.

In the incumbent’s absence these responsibilities will be transferred to the Production Manager for material reporting and Distribution Supervisor or Lead Shipper for receiving materials.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Good computer skills, good math skills, understanding of production, shipping and receiving and process.

Must be trained in and follow company policies on GMP, sanitation, pre-requisite programs, chemical control and food safety plans and policies.

Must be competent to carry out food packaging safety and quality responsibilities.

EXPERIENCE:

1 to 2 years in manufacturing background

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma

WORKING ENVIRONMENT:

The working environment consists of a 24/7 manufacturing environment with exposure to loud, dusty, high-traffic situations.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

• Lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs occasionally.
• Walking/standing approximately 1 to 2 hours per day.
• Climbing stairs occasionally, climbing ladders rarely.
• Bending/stooping occasionally.
• Kneeling/crawling very rarely
