0.2 FTE (8 hours a week, 16 hours a pay period)
8 am- 4:30 pm
Weekend: Every Other
Holiday: Every Other.
Position Overview:
A Home Health Aide / Hospice Aide is a certified health care worker who assists professional
personnel in the personal care of the patient by providing necessary and desired services. The
duties of the Aide are planned and assigned by a professional member of the health care team to
meet the needs of the client and family situation.
Essential Skills and Experience:
Graduate of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Valid Drivers License. CPR
Certification. Certified Nursing Assistant. Approved by both the MN and WI Nursing Assistant
Registry. Basic computer skills.
Nonessential Skills and Experience:
Hospice certification is desirable.

Employees requesting to change positions should have successfully completed at least six (6) months in their current position. The employee’s past performance, experience, training, and qualifications will be considered in transfer/hiring decisions. Consideration for transfer or promotion is not a guarantee of transfer or promotion. Employees may be given a chance to interview for a position when they meet the minimum position qualifications.
