Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team on SECOND SHIFT. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be responsible for managing incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in the shipping and receiving process.

• Duties:
• - Receive incoming shipments and verify the contents against purchase orders or invoices- Inspect packages for damage or discrepancies and report any issues to the appropriate personnel- Unload, unpack, and organize incoming inventory in designated storage areas- Prepare outgoing shipments by selecting appropriate packaging materials and methods- Pack items securely to prevent damage during transit- Generate shipping labels, packing slips, and other necessary documentation- Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment to load and unload shipments- Operate RF scanners to track inventory movement accurately- Perform order picking duties as needed- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Requirements:
• - High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations- Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory tracking- Familiarity with order picking processes and basic math skills- Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team-Ability to multi-task-Must be able to lift 40 pounds-Standing, walking and bending repeatedly and occasionally able to lift 60lbs.

Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour
