WinnMed is hiring an HIM Scanning Clerk to join our Health Information Management department. The HIM Scanning Clerk is a temporary position and is responsible for reviewing, scanning, and organizing paper medical records into electronic format. This position is responsible for converting a high-volume of paper medical records into electronic storage. Part Time or Full Time available. Scheduled hours are during day shift during the week, Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays. Project timeline estimate is 12 - 24 months.

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA, patient confidentially according to standards and government regulations
• Prep charts for scanning
• Scanning and quality review of scanned charts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.22 per hour
