WinnCompanies is searching for a part-time Office Interns to join our team at Hollybush Gardens, a 252-unit property located in Glassboro, NJ.

Please note that all applicants must be residents of Hollybush Gardens.This is a great opportunity to learn career skills, money management, and resume building, while gaining professional experience.

You will be working on maintenance, construction, finance, property management, and resident services. Please note that this is a temporary position, which is not eligible for Winn benefits.

To be eligible for this position, you mustbe a residents of Hollybush Gardens.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties in support of the department.
• Assist in special projects.
• Perform ad-hoc clerical tasks.
• Provide support in functional areas of the department.

Requirements

• Currently a resident of Hollybush Gardens.
• Currently enrolled in high school or college program.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Basic familiarity with computers. Navigate at a basic level within web-based applications.
• Interest in property management.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
