WinnCompanies is looking for a Community Coordinator I to join our team at Shore Hill, a 558-unit residential community located in Brooklyn, NY.
In this role, you will be a core part of our property management team that supports and enhances the quality of life within one or more communities within a region. You will also utilize community assessments and one-on-one coaching to establish community needs, while building a targeted network of strong community partners across Winn's outcome areas to develop and coordinate resource referrals, targeted interventions, on- and off-site programs and support, and community engagement opportunities.
Please note that the pay range for this position is $23.10 - $28.35 per hour, depending on experience.
