WinnCompanies seeks a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Communications Intern to support our corporate communications and development departments. In this role, you will learn key concepts and gain experience by supporting new business opportunities, content creation for various channels, event coordination, and administrative duties for the department.

Please note that this position will operate in a hybrid model, and the selected candidate must work out of our Boston office at least 3 days per week. Additionally, this is a temporary, full-time position, which is not eligible for the listed Winn benefits.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties and ad-hoc clerical tasks in support of the departments.
• Assist in special projects.
• Provide support in functional areas of the department.

• Actively pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Proactive, motivated team player with basic customer service skills.
• Experience with computer systems and web-based applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
