- Provide exceptional customer service to all customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and resolving any issues or concerns
- Upsell products and services to maximize sales opportunities
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system or cash register, Western Union , and Lottery.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in a professional and friendly manner
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing accurate change.
- Responsible for balancing cash tills , safe , and lottery.
- Ability to upsell products and services to meet sales target.
