Director of Financial Planning & Analysis

Our client, a leading provider of tech-related healthcare-focused language services, is seeking a Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join its growing team. The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis plays a strategic role, across the business. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Director of FP&A is responsible for working closely with senior leadership, functional leaders, and the company’s private equity sponsor to develop insightful KPIs/metrics, guide the annual planning and budgeting processes, monthly and quarterly forecasting, key business modeling and analytical support of growth and business improvement opportunities. The role requires strong collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal, to help senior leadership align, buy-in, commit, and execute.

Our client is a fast-growing provider(Top 5) of tech business service-related, healthcare-focused language services.

Responsibilities

• In partnership with the CFO, develop insightful and actionable KPIs / metrics including measuring customer cohort performance, per-unit pricing drivers (e.g., new customer impact, contract renewal impact, customer mix, lost customers), and per-unit cost of sales drivers.

• In partnership with the CFO, develop pricing and margin models for new and renewal customer opportunities, capacity models, and incremental cost models based on varying volumes.

• Partner closely with department heads to identify and analyze opportunities and risks to revenue and cost goals. Act as a strategic advisor, fostering data-driven decision-making across various departments.

• Lead and facilitate cross-functional coordination of the company's strategic planning budgeting, and forecasting process.

• Prepare monthly reporting packages and other ad hoc reports (Board meetings, etc.) for internal and external stakeholders including key metrics, financial results, variance analysis, and commentary.

Qualifications

• 7 years of progressive financial analysis experience and demonstrated professional growth, including 5 years directly in Finance/FP&A.

• Advanced analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, Adaptive, Salesforce, and reporting tools such as SiSense.

• Experience working within a B2B tech-enabled services company is preferred. They would also be interested in candidates with SAAS, Software, or Business Services sector experience.

Compensation: $155k-$180K Plus bonus and incentive equity
