Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the food industry and possess exceptional leadership skills.

Duties:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the establishment
- Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
- Supervise and train staff members
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Implement and maintain food safety standards
- Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing
- Manage shifts effectively to optimize productivity
- Oversee food handling procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors
- Develop strategies to increase sales and profitability

Skills:
Required Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry
- Proven track record as an Assistant Manager or in a similar role
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of food service operations
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations
- Experience with Aloha POS system
- Ability to manage shifts efficiently
- Knowledge of food service management practices
- Expertise in food handling procedures
- Exceptional customer service skills

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Certification in Food Safety Management
- Familiarity with inventory management systems
