YOUR IMPACT | The Sr. Manager of Learning & Development will be responsible for leading our Content Development and Learning Management System (LMS) Teams. This role will align the learning and performance strategy with the business strategy to drive performance and results for our company owned and franchised restaurants. The Sr. Manager of Learning & Development will develop, design and revise learning solutions that engage, instruct, and impact the success of the organization. Additionally, they will support the implementation of a new LMS and be the advocate who drives its adoption and usage. | ||||||

You have 4-7 years’ experience managing Learning Management Systems, creating training content and leading people. You have the aptitude to work both independently and collaboratively, the talent to apply sound, strategic thinking and analysis to address a variety of business circumstances, and the capability to produce high-quality, detail-oriented work within a fast-paced environment. SERVICE-MINDED: You consider others at every turn by exercising your responsibilities in an energetic, proactive and organized way. ENTREPRENEURIAL: You work with an owner’s mentality when collaborating cross-functionally as you manage multiple concurrent projects from inception through execution. | ||||||
