YOUR IMPACT	The Sr. Manager of Learning & Development will be responsible for leading our Content Development and Learning Management System (LMS) Teams. This role will align the learning and performance strategy with the business strategy to drive performance and results for our company owned and franchised restaurants. The Sr. Manager of Learning & Development will develop, design and revise learning solutions that engage, instruct, and impact the success of the organization. Additionally, they will support the implementation of a new LMS and be the advocate who drives its adoption and usage.
WHAT YOU’LL DO	In this role you will: Strategically prioritize current and future state training needs; manage these projects by setting achievable deadlines and building strong implementation plans Identify and close learning gaps in the organization by monitoring internal needs, finding best fit learning resources and implementing solutions in a timely manner Partner cross-functionally to develop role-based, blended learning solutions for company owned and franchised restaurants (domestic and international), including e-Learning, video, job aids, micro learning, manuals, etc. Ensure alignment of training programs with Wingstop's brand values, service standards, and operational procedures Serve as a strategic partner to Brand Partners and internal business leaders to identify learning opportunities and solutions Identify best practices for the LMS and have a continuous improvement mindset that identifies opportunities to improve and maximize the system Ensure the integrity of all learning materials and programs by adhering to a consistent content management process Summarize data succinctly and identify action items based on data, i.e., analytics and reporting capabilities Have exceptional project management abilities and demonstrated ability to navigate multiple priorities Work in a fast pace, agile environment; have the ability to pivot and successfully manage change Manage two Content Designers and a LMS Administrator who design, develop, publish and maintain training content and programs Identify innovative training methods and technologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of training programs

You have 4-7 years’ experience managing Learning Management Systems, creating training content and leading people. You have the aptitude to work both independently and collaboratively, the talent to apply sound, strategic thinking and analysis to address a variety of business circumstances, and the capability to produce high-quality, detail-oriented work within a fast-paced environment. ENTREPRENEURIAL: You work with an owner’s mentality when collaborating cross-functionally as you manage multiple concurrent projects from inception through execution.

Your day could shape up somewhat like this: Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities, often in a seated position. Frequent use of mental energy while gathering, documenting, analyzing, and communicating information with cross-functional colleagues, vendors, and extended Wingstop team. Routine need to shift priorities among simultaneous projects, while upholding quality and sense of urgency. Less than 10% travel; work from home on Fridays
