WHAT WE’LL NEED

We are seeking a Guest Experience Specialist to carry out Wingstop’s guest experience interactions and analyses across all relevant channels. This role will actively engage and build rapport with our guests to create positive connections and outcomes. This individual will actively assist in building plans designed to meet, exceed, and ultimately enhance the overall guest experience.

This role is located at our Global Support Center in the Dallas, TX area. 

  • Navigate various platforms to provide the guest with prompt, courteous, and accurate information and/or resolution.
  • Manage and process inbound guest comments and responses within designated platforms.
  • Develop responses and appropriate resolutions via various channels, demonstrating the brand voice.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Training, and Marketing to ensure all guest matters are addressed and resolved in a reasonable, time-sensitive manner.
  • Escalate sensitive guest issues to appropriate key stakeholders for awareness and resolution.
  • Report on trends and activity that are relevant to the guest experience program, specific products, and the overall brand.
  • Analyze, compile, and present guest feedback to various team members on an ongoing basis.
  • Understand the strategic brand direction and continually review guest feedback as it relates to these initiatives.
  • Actively participate in key meetings to review vendor performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

All requirements for the role

  • 3-5 years of restaurant or retail experience required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple departments and Team Members 
  • Ability to successfully communicate in written format and verbally
