WHAT WE’LL NEED

The Enterprise Technology Architect will be responsible for the definition, creation, and maintenance of a holistic enterprise architecture roadmap and its alignment with the business strategy, enabling business innovation, high user satisfaction, and operational excellence. You will define and implement best-in-class enterprise architecture capabilities and governance across Wingstop and plan the use of enterprise architectural resources. They will play a lead role in technology standardization, reducing technical debt and shaping, and adopting the technology stacks and platforms while enabling high-velocity business innovation, economies of scale and compliance.

Your specific areas of responsibility will also include building an effective EA capability for Wingstop; advising stakeholders on technology implications (feasibility, costs) of business decisions; guiding investment decisions with business capability models and mapping; aligning technology/architecture roadmap with business outcomes; guiding execution of digital change initiatives. You will report to the CIO and be part of the Wingstop Technology leadership team. You must have the EQ and business acumen to navigate a matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.
