YOUR IMPACT

We are seeking a Corporate Recruiter who will be responsible for ensuring that full cycle recruiting and onboarding goals are met and that internal and external clients are treated with the highest level of service.

Responsible for designing and developing recruiting strategies based on current and projected business needs for the corporate office both domestically and internationally. These strategies include traditional and non-traditional recruiting methods and involve identifying differences in the markets so that a variety of approaches can be utilized and recruiting goals can be met. The success of these strategies is dependent upon the partnership between you and your business partners and will rely on a regular exchange of information and feedback.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Assess, identify, and recruit top talent at all levels within the organization to create a strong pipeline of qualified and talented candidates 
  • Create a seamless interview and hiring process to ensure an unparalleled candidate experience 
  • Provide tactical and strategic recruiting expertise by staying on top of recruiting trends, best practices, social media, recruitment tools, legal developments, technological advancements and benchmark comparisons
  • Draft corporate offer letters for review by the VP of Human Resources
  • Conduct phone, virtual and in-person screening and interviews, including arranging travel when required
  • Partner with Hiring Manager to evaluate incoming candidates and actively source passive candidates to select talent aligned with the position and fit with the company culture
  • Use data to analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make recommendations for improvement
  • Conduct onboarding and tours for new hires and introduce benefits and organizational standards
  • Partner with the HR team to develop, prepare and analyze turnover information to determine root causes; create statistical reports and recommend solutions based on findings. 
  • Develop, prepare and analyze hiring metrics, including but not limited to cost per hire, time to hire, source, etc. and provide recruitment reporting to internal stakeholders
  • Evaluate candidacy and make employment recommendations to hiring managers
  • Manage employer branding, posting optimization, and innovative candidate sourcing strategies
  • Provide guidance to hiring managers on recruitment policies and procedures to ensure compliance with both internal policies and procedures and government requirements for federal contractors
  • Lead and drive process improvement across the team
  • Develop and sustain our university relationships, including college recruiting and internship programs
  • Foster and establish relationships at all levels within the organization, including relationships with external vendors
  • Identify and introduce new ideas and solutions to create efficiency in the recruiting process
  • Be a brand ambassador and represent the brand and team in a professional and polished manner at all times
  • Provide a high level of customer service and demonstrate an ability to influence
  • Lead courageously with a high level of polish and business acumen
  • Respond to changing situations in a flexible manner to reprioritize work as necessary in order to meet the current needs of the business 
  • Maintain a calm, respectful, and tactful demeanor when dealing with difficult situations
  • Lead recruiting fair efforts
  • Other projects as assigned
  • Requires up to 25% travel

HUNGRY: You have a fire in you to keep pursuing excellence, particularly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have 5 years of experience, preferably in restaurants and/or 3 years of recruiting experience for corporate functional roles.

You have the aptitude to work both independently and collaboratively, the talent to apply sound, strategic thinking and analysis to address a variety of business circumstances, and the capability to produce high-quality, detail-oriented work within a fast-paced environment.

ENTREPRENEURIAL: You work with an owner’s mentality when collaborating cross-functionally as you manage multiple concurrent projects from inception through execution.

  • Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities, often in a seated position.
  • Frequent use of mental energy while gathering, documenting, analyzing, and communicating information with cross-functional colleagues, vendors, and the extended Wingstop team.
  • Routine need to shift priorities among simultaneous projects, while upholding quality and sense of urgency.
