As the General Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our store operates efficiently and upholds the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness.
Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operation and supervision of the store in accordance with company policies and procedures. Ensure that all operations are aligned with the company's standards and guidelines, unless otherwise approved by the owner.
Team Leadership: Recruit, screen, hire, train, evaluate, and counsel all employees to build a high-performing team. Provide coaching and support to foster a positive work environment, enhance employee development, and encourage teamwork.
Maintenance Management: Contract for and supervise all repairs and maintenance activities to ensure the store's facilities and equipment are in excellent condition and meet safety standards.
Financial Management: Calculate and manage weekly food cost and labor percentage to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Implement cost control measures and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
Cleanliness and Quality: Maintain cleanliness standards based on Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC) requirements. Ensure customer service standards are upheld, providing an exceptional experience to every guest.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a management role within the quick service restaurant industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets and control costs.
A customer-centric approach, striving to exceed customer expectations.
