Principal Duties & Responsibilities 1. Responsible for overseeing operational activities for the restaurant during a shift, driving outstanding operational performance including but not limited to: • Training and development of new crew members. • Ensuring customer satisfaction; forwarding complaints or concerns to the General Manager • Maintaining operational standards • Cleanliness, sanitation, and safety • Opening and closing the restaurant.
Responsible for receiving, and storage of food, beverage, supplies, and smallware’s, in accordance with the established procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws. 3. Maintain a safe work environment for crew and ensure that the restaurant and equipment are always clean and in good working order. 4. Monitor and clean seating area tables and chairs plus restrooms
