Currently seeking a full time, well qualified Assistant General Manager. Experience in the restaurant industry a plus, but not required. This position assists in and oversees day to day operations of a National Franchise Chain restaurant, with other location across the western United States. there is a ton of growth and upward mobility in this National Franchise Chain for further promotions and ownership potential. Job does require training and assisting, other employees of the establishment on daily tasks and job tasks. This job does require days, evenings, and weekend work, with days off during the middle of the week. Position does require working in all positions of the restaurant at some point. This is a salary position, plus weekly bonuses paid based on the store production and sales. This position answers directly the General Manager or Owner/Operator of the business/franchise.
