Wingard Construction is a general contractor, that specializes in insurance loss reconstruction of residential and small commercial properties that have been affected due to fire and/or water damage.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Must have excellent computer on software skills.
Proficient Knowledge of full MS suite, Xactimate, and DocuSign.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret systems reports and data.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Ability to write effective correspondence.
Ability to respond to inquiries from insurance companies, suppliers, and customers.
Ability to effectively present information/ reports to management.
IT experience important
An Estimator for Wingard must be friendly, personable, respectful and honest. The ability to be humble and articulate under pressure is a must.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Must participate in the Emergency Services Program

Preform all assigned site visits.
Enter estimates with scopes into Xactimate for all assigned jobs and revisions.
Maintain and upload/record change orders, supplements, and other revisions to assure error free invoicing.
Upload or enter estimate details in to Xactimate and CRM(DASH).
Develop and maintain all Contracts.
Job status knowledge for the purpose of responding to inquiries.
Participate in post review of job, including financial review with key management team.
Meet company goals for customer satisfaction levels.
Develop and maintain key contact with the insurance companies and adjustors.
Prepare and review job file before transferring to Production (Project Manager)
Phone coverage as needed to support office staff.
