Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Kitchen Team Member to join our team. As a Kitchen Team Member, you will assist in food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the hospitality industry and work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties:
- Assist with food preparation and cooking under the guidance of the kitchen staff
- Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistent quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the kitchen
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting with special requests or dietary restrictions

Experience:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or hospitality setting is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and safety procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Skills:
- Banquet experience is a plus
- Ability to assist with food preparation and cook under supervision
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Willingness to help maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with team members and customers
- Familiarity with working in a hotel or hospitality setting is beneficial
