We are seeking a skilled Certified Public Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations. Duties:
- Conduct tax preparations, payroll, audits, prepare financial statements, and provide financial advice
- Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to support financial decision-making
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices
Qualifications:
- Degree in Accounting or Finance; Current CPA certification required
- Proficiency in Accrual Accounting and Cash Flow Analysis
- Knowledge of Wills Trusts Estate Law, LIHTC, Securities Law, and SOX
- Experience with Thomson Reuters, Drake, Quickbooks, similar accounting software
- Strong Financial Acumen and attention to detail
