Experienced Make-Ready Technician needed for a multi family apartment community in Tulsa, OK. Candidate must have experience in make ready needs including but not limited to, general painting, sheetrock, preventative maintenance, trash-out properties and daily work orders to refurbish units and maintain properties curb appeal. Must have your own hand tools, reliable transportation, valid drivers license and be able to pass a background and drug screening.
Renewal Commissions after 90 days
$200.00 annual tool allowance after 1 year of employment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
