Well-established Transportation Company is seeking an individual to fill a Service Writer position in our parts Department. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team!

Parts Department

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: This person is responsible for ordering parts, inventory control, opening and closing repair orders and purchase orders. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have an mechanical understanding of trucks and trailers as well as analytical and problem solving skills, good computer skills and be able to develop and maintain rapport with employees, and management.

Hours of employment are Monday-Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and every other Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. We offer an excellent benefit package which includes paid holidays, paid vacation, health dental/vision, short term disability, life insurance, profit sharing and employer matched 401K . Pay will be based on the candidate’s experience.
