We are seeking a dedicated Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in events management, lifeguarding, public speaking, theater, and working with children. Customer service skills, cash handling experience, and conflict management abilities are highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee guest services and ensure a positive experience for all visitors
- Manage cash transactions and maintain accurate records
- Provide assistance during events and activities
- Supervise children in designated areas
- Ensure the safety of guests, particularly around water or recreational facilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Assist with theater productions or performances as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in a resort setting is preferred
- Lifeguard certification is a plus
- Strong public speaking skills
- Ability to engage with children effectively
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Excellent conflict resolution skills
