Windward School, a grade 7-12 college-preparatory, independent day school in vibrant West Los Angeles, is currently seeking a Director of the Peak Performance Center to join our Athletics Department.

Our Peak Performance Center is one of the marquee destinations on campus, with highly anticipated goals of success. To ensure that these goals are met, the Director of the PPC must establish and implement a mindset that is vertically integrated from the middle school through the faculty/staff on campus. Inherent in the position is strict compliance to safety at all times.
Achieving excellence requires that the Director of the Peak Performance Center (strength and conditioning emphasis) work collaboratively within the Windward Community, communicating effectively with program leads, students, athletic medicine and parents. The position serves in a leadership role that is critical to supporting the daily functions of the Peak Performance Center, is closely linked to the performance of the Windward Athletic Department and is linked to the health and physical well-being of the Windward Community.
The Director of the PPC serves as a collaborator with Athletic Medicine, Director of Health Services, and our Division Counselors to support our community.
The position reports to the Athletic Director.
Primary Responsibilities
Salary Range: $85,000 - $105,000, depending on experience.

The Windward School is an independent, co-ed day school focused exclusively on helping students in grades 1-9 with language-based learning disabilities.
