This Wealth Advisor opportunity is for an independent RIA that serves the wealth management needs of UHNW families and individuals.

This role will support a Senior Wealth Manager, delivering financial planning and investment advice to clients, and upholding the commitment to integrity and excellence in service.

This role is not expected to source new client relationships, but there is a financial incentive for successful business development efforts.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Support Senior Wealth Managers in delivering financial planning solutions and investment advice to clients
• Build professional, deep relationships with clients who have been with the firm for years
• Participate in training and development programs for career advancement
• Adhere to confidentiality standards when handling client matters
• Self-starter who thrives in a team approach to client service while thriving in an entrepreneurial atmosphere

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Personal Financial Planning or a relevant finance-related field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0
• CFP designation (or current progress towards it)
• 2-8 years of financial planning expertise, preferably serving HNW or UHNW clients
• Proficiency with Financial Planning Software (e. Tamarac, MoneyGuidePro, E-Money, Schwab)
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively as a team
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining confidentiality
• Excellent work references
