Job Description :

Windwalker is seeking dedicated and vigilant individuals to fill the position of a part-time Security Guard / Bouncer at Margaritaville at Faneuil Hall.

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of our client's patrons and staff during weekend overnight hours.

Responsibilities : Crowd Management :

Crowd Management :

Monitor and manage crowd dynamics to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment.Control entry and exit points, checking identification to verify legal age for entry.

Conflict Resolution :

Proactively address and defuse potential conflicts among patrons.Handle disruptive behavior diplomatically and professionally.

Surveillance :

Maintain a vigilant watch over the premises, identifying and responding to any suspicious activities.Utilize surveillance equipment effectively to monitor key areas.

Intervention :

Take swift and appropriate action in situations requiring intervention.Escort unruly individuals off the premises if necessary.

Communication :

Maintain clear and effective communication with fellow security personnel and other staff members.Report incidents promptly to management and, when necessary, law enforcement.

Emergency Response :

Be familiar with and execute emergency response procedures.Respond to medical emergencies and provide basic first aid when needed.

Transportation :

Possess reliable transportation to ensure punctuality for scheduled shifts.

Training :

TIPS (Training for Intervention Procedures) certification preferred. Will provide trainingParticipate in ongoing training sessions related to security protocols.

Qualifications :

• Previous experience in a security or bouncer role preferred.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and professionally.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand for extended periods.

Friday : 9pm- 2am

Saturday : 9pm-2am
