Windstream is Hiring a Spclst-Consumer Direct Sales Near Lincoln, NE

Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and develop business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and team collaborations
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team
- Conduct outside sales visits to prospective clients, presenting product offerings and negotiating contracts

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in direct sales or a related field, with a track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and pursue new opportunities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and recommend solutions
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Proficiency in technology sales, including knowledge of software applications and hardware devices
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus, as it will allow you to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base
- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals successfully
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and initiative
