Windstream Services, LLC is Hiring a Project Analyst I Near Harrison, AR

About the Role:As a Project Analyst, you will utilize MS Office Suite applications to analyze data related to construction projects making recommendations based on these data sets. Most of your time will be spent planning, forecasting, sequencing, and prioritizing jobs for contractor resources. Another major component of this role will be spent utilizing systems and analyzing reports to help managers and leadership monitor KPIs and measure productivity levels. This challenging, fast-paced work environment requires attention to detail and the ability to gather and analyze data making accurate recommendations. To be effective you will need to learn the tools and applications specific to Windstream such as, EPM (QuickBase Software Solution), Job Trac, and more.What You’ll Do:You will be responsible for ensuring that all necessary permits and regulatory approvals have been obtained before construction work begins. You will work with contractors to sequence and prioritize construction jobs based on project timelines and other requirements. You will track and communicate with service delivery the start of construction activities documenting progress, roadblocks, and milestones along the way. You will document, communicate, and track the completion of construction and communicate this with service delivery teams, including the estimated completion date (ECD) for each project. You will ensure that all necessary testing has been completed and that projects have been successfully handed off to the service delivery team with fiber assignments.You will serve as the primary point of contact for vendor on all communication related to the estimated completion date (ECD) or project delays while projects are in construction.Do You Have?Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide accurate, timely, and concise updates to leadership.Strong analytical and organizational skills to maintain and update several data lists at the same time.The ability to remain focused and multi-task in a fast-paced environment, performing required duties and meeting deadlines.Ability to communicate professionally via email, phone calls and video conferencing and exhibit strong interpersonal skills.Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple assignments simultaneously. Even Better: OSP Construction knowledge and an aptitude to learn.Proficient with multiple MS Office applications.Previous experience with Windstream systems and applications.Experience with construction project management software is a plus. Minimum Qualifications:College degree and 0-3 years professional level experience; or 4 years professional level related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and professional level related experience required.IND123#LI-AH2
