We are looking for a dynamic and visionary Senior Manager of Digital & Ecommerce to revolutionize our online presence and drive revenue growth. Based in Miami with a hybrid office model, you’ll lead the development and execution of our digital and ecommerce strategy, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to enhance the digital experience for consumers and travel agents.

Responsibilities

Website Redesign, E-commerce Integration and Revenue Performance:

  • Lead strategic development of consumer and travel agent websites, ensuring seamless e-commerce integration.
  • Identify e-commerce opportunities through market research, setting clear objectives and metrics.
  • Collaborate with commercial and IT teams to define website redesign and e-commerce integration goals.
  • Drive product sales and merchandising efforts to meet revenue performance targets, including the optimization of cruise add-ons such as airfare, hotels and shore excursions.
  • Implement lead acquisition strategies, optimizing website for lead generation and facilitating partnerships.

User-Centric Design and E-commerce Experience:

  • Champion a user-centric approach to website design, prioritizing intuitive navigation and e-commerce experiences.
  • Collaborate with UX/UI designer to create wireframes and mockups that optimize the e-commerce journey for consumers and travel agents.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback for website enhancement.

Digital Channel Optimization:

  • Oversee optimization of digital channels including websites, social media, mobile apps, and email marketing.
  • Develop strategies to enhance user experience, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Monitor performance metrics and conduct regular analysis for optimization.

Content Strategy and Product Management:

  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop and execute a cohesive content strategy supporting digital initiatives.
  • Ensure that website content is optimized for search engines (SEO), driving organic traffic and enhancing visibility.
  • Maximize product visibility and conversion rates through merchandising.

Data Analytics and Insights:

  • Utilize advanced data analytics tools to track website performance, user behavior, and e-commerce metrics.
  • Implement tracking frameworks to monitor digital initiatives’ effectiveness.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to communicate actionable insights to key stakeholders.

Technology Integration and Innovation:

  • Explore new technologies and innovative solutions to enhance website functionality, user experience and e-commerce capabilities.
  • Evaluate third-party integrations to optimize website performance.
  • Lead the implementation of new features aligning with strategic goals of the website redesign project.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to digital marketing manager and front-end developer.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
  • Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • 7 years of experience in digital marketing, website design, e-commerce or related roles, with a focus on consumer-facing websites and online-retail platforms.
  • Strong understanding of UX/UI design principles, web development technologies, SEO and e-commerce best practices.
  • Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and exceptional communication skills.
