here.What You’ll Be Doing:As a Leasing Consultant, you will spend half of your week effectively marketing your community and following up on leads, cultivating relationships with prospective residents. The other half of your time will involve providing exceptional customer service to enhance residents' experiences and maintaining the overall appeal and functionality of the property.Proactively responding to sales leads, promoting the community by addressing resident needs and providing information on availability, pricing, location, and amenitiesInviting and scheduling prospective residents for community tours, employing effective selling techniques to close dealsSupporting community marketing efforts by positively influencing online presence, offering input on advertising campaignsEffectively explaining lease provisions and community policies, ensuring comprehensive move-in activities and conducting orientations for new residentsEnsuring resident satisfaction and loyalty through prompt communication and proactive issue resolutionEfficiently managing leasing documents, processing payments, and ensuring completion of move-in proceduresWhat You’ll Need To Thrive:High School diploma or equivalentValid Driver's License required if employee will operate a motorized vehicle (e.g., car, golf cart) in their role. This varies by location.Computer literacy and effective communication skillsKnowledge of federal and state apartment housing lawsAvailability to work a flexible schedule, including weekendsOffice team employees, with limited exceptions, are required to use their own Smartphone to perform certain aspects of their jobBonus Qualifications:Experience in leasing, sales, or hospitalityCollege degree or courseworkSalary:
$20.24 - $24.73 / HourThe successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, and qualifications.9 paid holidays, including both scheduled and floating holidays, for eligible full-time employees for each calendar year.5 days paid time off, accrued on a weekly basisHealth Care Plans: Two medical plan options. Plan offers 100% coverage for preventive care and lets you choose from a network of health care providers.
