What will you be doing as an ADVENeer?

Our organization is seeking a results-oriented individual with strong customer service skills and an ability to work independently to join our team. A Leasing Consultant is focused solely on sales and customer service. They are responsible for leasing apartment homes and play a key role in the retention of the residents at their community. The ideal candidate has the ability to build rapport with their prospects, they will thrive in a fast-paced environment and must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time. You will become a key player on the elite ninja leasing team and will achieve, maintain, and exceed budgeted occupancy through your leasing efforts. You will know the property like the back of your hand as you provide reliable and friendly service to customers by performing all responsibilities with accuracy, completeness, and timeliness. As a smiling face on our property, you'll make many friends as you market and maintain positive relations for the community. This key sales role does require weekend work, and you will want to work them! Weekends will allow you to meet your goals and fill your wallet with commissions in addition to a competitive base pay!

What will you bring to the table?

As a Leasing Consultant, will bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced sales and/or leasing environment (condominium, high-rise, mid-rise, or garden style properties). We strongly prefer a previous position as a sales superstar, and we'll of course train the right hungry future superstar. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must as you will be a primary communicator for us as we work with new friends that will call us home. Our leasing ninjas have strong organizational skills with exceptional focus on detail. Our leasing consultants will be able to work in tandem with today’s cutting edge Leasing AI’s as well as proficiency in other computer software including but not limited to: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Software, Payroll Software.
