Nurse Aide / LPN/STNA Supervisor Responsibilities:

• Train and monitor Nurse Aides
• Assist with interviewing and hiring
• Direct aides in the care of residents
• Responsible for nurse aide scheduling

Nurse Aide Supervisor / LPN /STNA Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of Ohio.
• Would consider an stna with experience
• 2 years of supervisory experience required.
• 2 years of long-term health care experience.
• All graduates of qualified nursing programs are eligible; spots are limited and certain criteria must be met.
• This position is responsible to carry out administrative and patient care duties under the supervision of and in cooperation with the Administrator and Director of Nursing
