Windsor Great Park Rec Association is Hiring a Lifeguard Near Newport, VA
We are seeking dedicated Lifeguards to ensure the safety and well-being of all pool guests. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe aquatic environment at all times.
**Responsibilities:**
- Enforce pool rules to ensure guest safety.
- Respond quickly and effectively to all incidents.
- Provide excellent guest service by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the pool area to identify potential hazards.
**Qualifications:**
- Must hold current Lifeguard certification or willing to obtain.
- Proficient in First Aid and CPR.
- Strong swimming skills are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Job Type: Seasonal
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week
