Job Summary:

Windsor is seeking an experienced Sr Graphic Designer to work within our fast paced Creative Department to execute digital and print assets across multiple channels. This role addresses high level cross disciplinary design and branding execution, that includes in store, print, digital, and packaging. This role must bring an inventive, determined, and overarching creative mentality to each project. The Graphic Designer will work with a team of multi-level designers and reports directly to the Art Director. This temporary assignment will last 4 to six months.

Essential Job Functions:

• Executes design projects that require a high level of typographic, photographic, and compositional design understanding - which include studio concept images.
• Email design
• Asset designs for Retail, HR, Paid Social, Organic Social, Internal - with specific directives
• Gift card and e-gift card concepts and execution
• Potentially homepage assets
• Various web assets
• Full suite execution for weekly assets
• Barricade design
• Usage of a deep understanding of branding guideline concepts, company branding zeitgeist, and on brand messaging/voice to execute projects.
• Ownership of projects from ideation to production - offering conceptual direction and effective design solutions autonomously.
• Problem solves, collaborates with internal teams, and digs deep on projects to create exceptionalon brand design solutions.
• Taking initiative to create innovative solutions
• Attends and participates in weekly team meetings wherein creative is shared and reviewed collaboratively.
• Following up with cross disciplinary teams to ensure deliverables are on time.
• Researching, exploring, and developing design skills to bring the freshest ideas to the table.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• BA or BS in graphic design or related field.
• 8 years of experience in the fashion industry - with a fashion brand or fashion publication.
• A strong knowledge and interest in social media platforms, trends, influencers, and pop culture.
• Must have a seasoned understanding of print best practices, including file setup for production.
• Committed to continuous growth and takes ownership of the outcome of their work.
• Advanced experience designing for print, digital, and web platforms.
• Expert understanding of graphic design techniques, typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Incredibly creative, honed design sense, and a desire to create innovation and freshness.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Suite: Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Expert knowledge of Google Suite, Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
• Understanding of Premiere Pro a plus.
• Experience with photography required.
• Understanding of Asana a plus.
• Experience working with a Studio photography team a plus.
• Excels in a fast paced environment and connects problems with solutions.
• Superior verbal, written, time management skills and problem
• solving skills.
• Ability to pivot and ideate without personal bias.
• Ability to work humbly and intentionally to create high level design work

Physical/Environmental Demands andOvertime & Availability:

Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards. Must have the ability to walk short distances. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a small amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Adequate movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Team members are required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
