What you will do:

As the Social Services Director (SSD), you will direct the overall operation of the Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations and Company policies and procedures to assist each resident and family in adjusting to placement, illness, and plan of care so as to attain the highest practicable level of functioning.

Must haves:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 2-3 years of related field work experience
  • Ability to develop and maintain care plan with facility interdisciplinary team
  • Ability to work with physically and mentally ill, disabled, and emotionally upset elderly
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and be discreet
  • Must be knowledgeable of nursing practices, procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care

CALIFORNIA PAY TRANSPARENCY STATEMENT 

Compensation for roles at Country Drive varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state or local law, Country Drive provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Country Drive reasonably expects to pay for roles that may be hired in California, as stated below: 

Pay Range: $min - $max per hour DOE
