What you will do:
The primary purpose of an Assistant Administrator is to develop the knowledge, skills and ability to successfully become a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator and direct the day-to-day functions of a facility in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern long-term care facilities. The length of the program is dependent upon state regulations, past work experience and Administrator Preceptor evaluation(s).
An Assistant Administrator will demonstrate and model a positive and professional image that emulates Windsor's mission and ensure that all residents are treated fairly. You will participate/attend in various coaching, meetings, and disciplinary proceedings to develop human resource skills while rotating in each department, approved by the AIT program. The Assistant Administrator will assist the Administrator in various tasks that includes day-to-day functions and its programs.
