Windsong Apartments is seeking a resident caretaker. Day to day responsibilities include cleaning, painting, grounds upkeep, and light maintenance work, including unit turnovers and snow removal. Position is part-time. Compensation is DOE and includes a rent free two-bedroom unit and utilities.
