This job is weekend only work on Friday Saturday's and Sunday's! With the potential for FULL-TIME once summer begins!

Please note this job is outdoors at our service tent location, and requires you to be on your feet most of the time. This is a part-time weekend only position, that will likely be full-time in the summer. This position is seasonal, and will require some training days in Bismarck (Paid), and on-the-job training at the location in Minot.

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join our team for the Spring - Fall Season. As a Windshield Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing small cracks and chips on windshields. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to work outdoors, and stand for long periods of time. (No Experience Required, will train right applicant, excellent job for college students)

```Responsibilities```
- Perform repairs on windshields using tools and resins (We don't replace, just repair)
- Diagnose windshield damage.
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs
- Clean repaired area
- Clean Tools, Set up/Take down
- Customer service and sales service
- Ensure all repairs are completed in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Keep accurate records of repairs, sales, documentation and cash close outs.

```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as a Repair Technician or similar role (Preferred but not needed)
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of glass reapair is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work on feet and outdoors
- Detail-oriented with excellent attention to accuracy

- Pass background check for certification (Misdemeanors assessed, no felonies)
