• Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans tailored to residents' needs and preferences
• Providing clinical leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of safe and effective care
• Conducting assessments and evaluations to monitor residents' health status and wellness goals
• Implementing best practices and evidence-based interventions to optimize residents' health outcomes

Qualifications:

• Current RN license in Arkansas
• Minimum of two years of nursing experience, with demonstrated leadership capabilities
