Your Role:
As our Business Office Manager, you'll be the backbone of our administrative operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of our business office and supporting the needs of our residents and staff. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all aspects of the business office, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, and payroll
- Managing resident accounts and ensuring accurate and timely billing and collections
- Coordinating administrative tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping
- Serving as a liaison between residents, families, staff, and external stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support
- Supervising administrative staff and providing training and guidance as needed
- Assisting with budgeting and financial reporting, working closely with the executive team to ensure fiscal responsibility

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field (preferred)

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software
