Our company seeks a highly motivated home improvement expert who can consult effectively with our franchise owners and drive sales growth and brand awareness across the region. Product knowledge in windows, doors, roofing, and siding is a plus. Related construction and installation experience is helpful. This position will operate independently in his/her defined geographic territory with a focus on strategically supporting the region’s locations. Candidates must reside within the region and proximity to a major airport.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a strong background in in-home sales, either as a sales manager, manager, or high-performing salesperson. The ideal candidate should possess a high aptitude for the home improvement industry and be motivated to excel in a leadership role.
