Your Responsibilities as a Window Genie Operations Manager/Lead Trainer
•Train and develop technicians
•Assist with recruiting and interview potential candidates
•Maintain warehouse equipment and supplies
•Complete onsite estimates when necessary
•Schedule service vehicle maintenance
•Resolve customer service issues and call backs
•Maintain technician safety standards and training
•Complete both scheduled and unscheduled job site visits / inspections
•Verify daily paperwork with crews
•Verify necessary equipment and tools are loaded on vehicles for the day
•Verify technicians are in proper uniform and have clocked in / out
•Conduct weekly safety meetings with all technicians
•Assist with job scheduling and truck routing
•Additional responsibilities as necessary, including filling in for absent technicians
•Represent Window Genie of Green Bay and Neighborly in a positive manner

Job Requirements
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
•Have your own cell phone and data plan - we need to be able to contact you.
•Have reliable transportation to get to work on time.
•Be able to climb ladders, lift 50 lbs, and work for extended periods with arms above your head.
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $18-22 per hour. It is dependent on whether you have prior experience in this or other similar general labor positions.
